12/4/24 - Citation Processing Update: We are pleased to inform you that the citation processing center is now up and running both online and over the phone. Payment extensions have been applied to citations with due dates during the outage period.

Enforcement News: Starting 9/23, Public Works Parking Enforcement will have extended hours through 7pm, Monday through Saturday. This  extension will enhance our ability to manage high-traffic areas, particularly along Park Street and Webster, during the increasingly busy evening hours. We have also expanded the Parking Enforcement team with an additional part-time staff member to support this change.

Alameda aims to manage curb space and public parking to best meet our community’s needs, reducing automobile traffic and greenhouse gas emissions, providing access to services and facilities, and supporting the City’s commercial areas.
