The Public Works Department invites you to a community meeting to discuss a proposal to renovate eight existing sewer pump stations in your neighborhood to meet the EPA’s latest requirements.

This community meeting will review site plans for eight existing pump stations after implementing recommendations from the EPA to improve safety and reliability conditions including various improvements at each station including providing emergency backup power in the event of loss of power, new SCADA alarm systems, dual pumps, new motor control panels and new power service pedestals. Potential visual impacts and solutions will be discussed as well as their associated benefits and any effects on property owners.
