Starting Wednesday, October 16, the Alameda Free Library invites you to "Snacks & Support," a recurring program held every 3rd Wednesday at the library from 12:00 to 1:30 PM. This is an opportunity for people to meet Community Outreach Specialist, Krystina Stephens, and find out about community resources.

In addition to snacks and community resource information, the event will feature art activities facilitated by an art therapist. These creative activities aim to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and boost self-confidence and emotional resilience. It can also help with stress, conflict resolution, and addressing painful feelings or experiences of trauma.
