New All-Way Stop Signs at Santa Clara Avenue and Willow Street

The Public Works Department will be installing new all-way stop signs at the intersection of Santa Clara Avenue and Willow Street. This work is expected to be completed no later than the end of October.

Please note that there will be an adjustment period for motorists. People who drive down Santa Clara Avenue regularly (or even rarely) have a mental snapshot of how the intersection looks without the stop signs. It will take some time to (A) notice the new stop signs, (B) remember the new stop signs, and (C) change their behavior. Please continue to take caution while navigating this area and all roadways.
