Library to host Navigating the College Experience program

The Alameda Free Library invites high school students and their families to attend "College 101: Navigating the College Experience," a program focused on helping students and their families better understand the college experience.

WHEN: Saturday, October 5, 1:30-3:30pm

Hosted by Study Smart Tutors, the session will cover many important topics, including:

  • First-year experiences
  • Financial aid
  • The role of a student's family in supporting their college journey
  • Practical advice to help empower students and their families to navigate the college pathway confidently

Alameda Free Library is located at 1550 Oak Street and is wheelchair accessible. The Main Library is served by AC Transit routes 21 and 51A. Bicycle parking racks are available at the library.
