On July 17, 2023, the Port of Oakland (Port) released a public review draft of the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for its proposed Oakland Airport Terminal Modernization and Development Project. The City has prepared a draft response letter as directed by the City Council to raise the community's concerns, including noise, air quality, safety and transportation issues.
The Port is accepting public comment until 5:00 pm Pacific time on Monday, October 16, 2023. Submit your comments in the following ways:
