Alameda now accepting applications for the 2020 Art in City Hall Program

The City of Alameda’s Art in City Hall program provides exhibit opportunities for professional and emerging Alameda artists and arts organizations, with the goal of supporting the local arts community, creating a memorable experience for the public, and celebrating Alameda’s diverse history and community. As of today, applications are open for 2020!

Art is displayed in two galleries, on the first and third floors of City Hall. Each gallery features four exhibits per year. For more information, program guidelines, online application, and artist agreement, please visit www.alamedaca.gov/artincityhall.

Applications are due November 13, 2019. A lottery will follow and artists selected by lottery will be announced November 19, 2019. The first exhibit will be on display Friday, January 10, 2020.
