Hear from Michelle Starratt, Housing Director, Alameda County Housing & Community Development Department, about a $10 to $20 billion nine-county affordable housing bond being proposed for the November 2024 ballot.
If approved by voters, this regional bond would provide billions of dollars to construct thousands of affordable homes to house hundreds of thousands of residents over the coming decades.
