VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY FOR TEENS & TWEENS!

Operation Green Sweep is looking for tweens and teens ages 11 to 17 years old who want to earn community service hours by helping maintain, and beautify our City parks and community centers.

Operation Green Sweep is open to tweens and teens ages 11-17 years old
Mondays & Fridays, June 23 to July 25, 2025
9:30 am to 12:30 pm
Cost Per Person:  $50 - Includes T-Shirt!
NOTE:  No session on July 4th, however, possible hours to earn during 4th of July Parade
Teens will meet in front of the Veterans Building (2203 Central Ave, Alameda) by 9:30 am - Don't Be Late! 
Duties include (but are not limited to) park clean-up, light trash removal, weeding, mulching, planting, etc.
Equipment is provided
Transportation is provided to and from park sites
