ONLINE REGISTRATION STARTS ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25, 2025 AT 10:00 AM All new and returning participants need to register at the beginning of each school year
Please note that RAP does not start on the first day of school We need meet a minimum of 8 students to be registered in order to be a RAP Pick-Up Site.

IMPORTANT: Before RAP Program can begin at a school site, WE MUST HAVE 8 STUDENTS REGISTERED.
If we do not meet our minimum number, there is a possibility that our RAP Program for that school may be delayed or cancelled.
2024 FALL SESSION: You will be required to pay a non-refundable $25 upon registration.
2025 WINTER & SPRING SESSIONS: In order to continue in RAP for the remainder of the school year, you will need to renew your child's registration online. Parents will be notified by email and given a limited time period when these sessions are open for renewals.
FOR 2024-2025 RAP SCHOOL YEAR:
Meet your RAP Leaders at the pre-designated pick-up areas at the school (see below). All participants will walk back to the park as a group with the RAP Leaders.
Once RAP Staff leaves school grounds for their park site, they cannot return to school for late kids (i.e. field trips, enrichment, etc.) Any kids with bikes, scooters, skateboards or roller blades MUST walk or carry them and obey all traffic laws on the way to the park. Be sure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather.

Be sure to leave your child's first and last name, absence date and school or RAP site
All fees must be paid a minimum of 48 business hours in advance before your child is picked up for RAP. You must pay by the published due dates:
Financial Assistance will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to available funding. Please plan accordingly for processing of Financial Assistance request.
To apply, you will need to complete a Financial Assistance Program Application Form. Supporting documents will need to be submitted along with the application.
