STAFFING
Fire Station 5 has been CLOSED and unstaffed since 2009. This station houses several pieces of reserve apparatus as well as a Water Tender and OES Engine 409. Fire Station 2 has the primary responsibility of responding to emergencies within District 5 which includes Alameda Point. The crews at Station 2 are also responsible to maintaining the readiness of the apparatus stored at Fire Station 5.
