Alameda-AYS-Pic.jpgThe Alameda At Your Service program provides expedited plan check and approval for eligible tenant improvements, renovation or rehabilitation, and new construction. At Your Service helps projects to move through the permit process quickly if they enhance the City's economic base by:

  • Generating sales tax revenue
  • Creating jobs
  • Contributing to a vibrant downtown by occupying historic storefronts or revitalizing the City's business parks or other retail centers
  • Locating/expanding a business at Alameda Point
