The City of Alameda (“City”) is accepting proposals for its On Call Maintenance, Repair and Inspection Services for Existing Fire Sprinkler Systems.
The bid opening date is Tuesday, April 1, 2025. All bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. to the City of Alameda, Base Reuse and Economic Development Department, 950 West Mall Square, Suite 205, Alameda. The bid opening time is 2:30 p.m.
Project Summary
The City is responsible for operation and maintenance of leased, owned and vacant buildings throughout Alameda. The Base Reuse and Economic Development Department is looking for a contractor to assist with as-needed, scheduled and emergency maintenance, repair, and inspections of existing fire sprinkler systems in City-owned or controlled property at Alameda Point and other select locations throughout Alameda. The term of the contract will not exceed 5 years.
The selected Contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, transportation, labor, and materials to perform all work authorized under this agreement. All work performed and equipment and parts supplied by the Contractor shall be subject to inspection and approval of the Project Manager or designee.
