There are 250 women and children living in our local shelters or have recently been housed after experiencing homelessness this holiday season. Sign up to donate jammies to these families! THANK YOU!!

We also hope to raise $10,000 to help support 200 families as they transition out of local shelters and into stable housing in the next year. Click here to learn more and make a donation today!

Email Sarah Henry with any questions about this year's Jammie Drive. Thank you for helping care for everyone in Alameda!!

Join us on Saturday, December 7 at 5:00pm for Winter Lights! We'll be celebrating the season with the annual tree lighting, hot cocoa, and performances by the Alameda Community Band, Sweet Sally, and Alameda Strings Collective. You can drop off your jammies at this event or drop them off at City Hall (3rd floor City Manager's Office), 2263 Santa Clara Ave, anytime Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm, by Tuesday, December 10.

Special thanks to Merideth Mehlberg for creating and managing the Jammie Drive for 10 years, and to the many volunteers it takes to make this drive an annual success!! Merideth created the Jammie Drive to teach her children the value of caring for others, especially during the holidays, and that legacy continues in this 12th year!
